  • avatar I changed the reason from "we agreed to cancel" to "I agreed to cancel." I haven't received a response from Watson, but given other similar disputes, this appears to be a misapplication of the dispute reason. I changed the reason to abandoned.

  • Of course we hadn't actually spoke so that isn't technically true. However, because of this, no codes were sent to Watson. My guess (although I can not speak for them) is that they too selected their option because there wasn't a more accurate one for
  • We have never spoken. My guess was a misuse of the "reason" field by us both. I had made a mistake and the only option I could see without negativity (so I thought) was "We agreed to cancel" which isn't true as we hadn't spoke.
