  1. Prohibited Uses

    By accessing or using this website at barter.vg or bartervg.com (the "Site"), you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

    • Scraping: Don't scrape the site. You may not copy, scrape, extract, or harvest data from the Site, in whole or in part, using any automated or manual means, including but not limited to web scraping, web crawling, or similar methods.
    • Unauthorized Access: You may not access or attempt to access any data, content, or other materials on the Site by any means not intentionally made available to you, including through the use of scraping tools or bots.
  2. Authorized Data Use

    The Site may provide certain data in JSON or RSS formats through authorized feeds ("Feeds"). You are permitted to access and use that data exclusively via these Feeds, subject to all of the following conditions:

    • You must limit the number of request to no more than 240 per hour and no more than 1 per second across all connections.
    • You may not copy, download, or repurpose any data from the Site unless it is specifically made available via these authorized Feeds.
    • For personal and non-commercial purposes other than copying or reproducing the entirety or substantial portions of the Site's database.
    • Any use of data from the Feeds must adhere to the terms laid out in this agreement, including any restrictions regarding the redistribution, resale, or reprocessing of that data.
  3. Deletion of Copied Content

    If you violate these Terms, you must completely delete all Site data from your systems, databases, and any other storage locations within 48 hours.

  4. DISCLAIMERS

    TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE PROVIDES SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FOR EXAMPLE, THE SITE DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES ABOUT THE CONTENT OR FEATURES OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THEIR ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE NOR ITS VOLUNTEERS, NOR ANY OF THE SITE'S SERVICE PROVIDERS, SHALL BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

  5. Acceptance of Terms and Continued Use

    By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Site and delete any previously copied Site data from your systems, databases, and any other storage locations within 48 hours. The Site may modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after such updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
