  • Hi, I'm the mediator for this dispute. Based on the comments, it appears that Quantum sent the key for Arma 2 to The Emily Hood 27 in chat over 2 days ago. The Emily Hood 27 then canceled the offer 8 hours ago without sending anything in exchange.
