  • avatar Never mind, if store price is different more then 10%, then you can't receive a new gift.
  • Also some games bought in ROW region can not be activated in CIS region, are you sure it was due to new gifting system?
  • I check your steam profile and you are from Ukraine, right? That means you are from CIS, not ROW. You should change your region on barter - in some bundles you can get locked keys and bring confusion to your trades, just saying :P
