  • avatar I’m hoping that you acknowledge areas where you and the site need to improve in attitude and policy transparency, rather than continuing to attack people that spend so much effort to give you feedback
  • It’s also the holier than thou tone of voice you are using. I have never seen other site admins speak so unprofessionally
  • You’ve only continued to act as the moral high authority with admin rights as judge, jury and executioner. Moderation is a process, not a dictatorship.
  • But it’s not like you want to discuss policy. If you just want to be hostile, we can’t move to the right direction.
  • Discovery of the right trade takes iterations, and it’s so hard to match quickly especially with the flaws in the UI to do so.
  • You can cherry pick examples but the counter option exists. Other parties often want more than their value so it’s the initial step in a two way barter
  • If you want to be stricter update your official site policy.
  • So be consistent and mediate and reject where the user says so, but don’t escalate and threaten users who follow your published rules
  • You replied to another user that you only look at incoming offers that were set for mediation, yet you do not follow your own advice.
  • So many people have tried to tell you that you are playing judge jury and executioner and you’re not listening because you have admin rights. Just run the site more transparently
  • Just be consistent, update your rules on the barter.vg website itself and link directly to them so people can follow. And take a systemic approach rather than targeting.
