  • avatar I think this dispute should be closed, as this was not my fault, 10 months has passed, and now this is an issue between humble bundle and the trader, not me
  • Llevas ya cerca de 6 meses con esto. Deja de decir que no obtuviste nada porque el GIFT LINK lo obtuviste, que HB no lo active es problema de ellos. Yo como trader he cumplido, eso no lo puede negar nadie. Me manchas la cuenta con un dispute por algo que no es mi culpa.
  • avatar HumbleBundle said they won't respond in regards them not delivering. I got nothing off this trade and the other trader claims no responsibility. I would close this case and avoid future trading with the other party.

  • avatar However, I understand why you don't want to wait indefinitely. Therefore, what if I traded a different wishlisted Humble Monthly game to Samkiud and when (or if) the ETHEREAL key appears, you would send the ETHEREAL key to me.
  • I added a warning to the ETHEREAL page. It does seem to be the responsibility of Humble Bundle and the developer.

  • I changed the reason to "I sent item, but received an already used key" which seems to be the most accurate claim for the Skullgirls keys. However, I hope that reason will be temporary and we can resolve this.

  • avatar That seems to be the case with some of the Humble Originals. I haven't tracked how quickly Humble considers "ASAP", but I assume that the gift link will eventually work.
  • Hi, I am the mediator for this dispute. I checked Humble and I see the same error message for ETHEREAL, "ATTENTION: We have run out of Steam keys for ETHEREAL. We are getting more ASAP. We will have Steam keys for you as soon as they are available again!"

  • Key sent, he redeemed. I got a key for Skullgirls: Character Color Bundle but was duplicated, then he sent a key for Skullgirls: Squigly, but it was also duplicated.
