  • avatar If the The Journey Down: Chapter Two key were used, the dispute reason should be "I sent item, but received an already used key" rather than "invalid". Based on my understanding, neither reason applies and I've changed it to "mediator action" for now.
  • I think there are several misunderstandings. I know I misread the chat in several places. I've sent a message on Steam about it and will post the details here later.

  • The fact is that I provided VasoKolbaso a perfectly valid key. That's so true that I even offered him to take back the key and trade it to someone else. He refused. All of this is well documented in the chat transcripts.
