  • avatar I got a response from Steam support saying the game key was activated on 2022-09-16 on another account. I archived all my discussion with VasoKolbaso for further reference if needed and I politely asked them to retract the dispute and cancel the trade.

  • avatar But to be clear, whenever at the end someone from Steam confirm that this key was redeemed by someone else than me. I am definitely no longer interested about that trade. And I'll respectfully ignore the user VasoKolbaso in the future.

  • avatar While the key you gave me is a duplicate and I will ultimately end up with nothing (to be crystal clear), I am willing to give you a working key for the game that you will be able to trade to another user. But giving you 5 TF2 keys is out of the question.
  • At the end of the day, it's about trust. I did receive a few duplicate keys before. But whenever I told someone about the problem we always found a solution. You straight up called me a scammer and gaslighted me with multiple incriminating questions.
  • With all due respect, there's a lot of "I think" and suppositions in your reasoning which keep any resolution impossible. Why do I delete traders from my Steam? Why I did not delete this particular user? Did I give your game to that user?

  • avatar No I was still planning to pay for it and you gave me 2 days to do so, either way I would have ended up buying the TF2 if I was'nt able to get them from trades. This is the first time I signal an issue to another trader and he straight up call me a scamer

  • avatar I am not a scammer. And since VasoKolbaso told me he got the key directly from developpers, I also told him that he could ask for the key to be revoked. It is not in my account.
  • When I reached VasoKolbaso about it explaining the issue, he straight up proceeded by calling me a scammer and that I still owed him the 5 TF2 keys. But I have no intention of paying those TF2 for a key that was duplicate. And I'm ready to defend myself,
  • But then when I tried to redeem the key into my account as I do with all the key I've ever traded on Barter or Steam Trades, it resulted in a duplicate error, meaning that it was claimed by somebody else.
