  • @Bart-ee I understand the idea behind this moderation but this is an absolute terrible execution. You have to investigate and select your users and first understand if people are resellers or not. It takes only to piss off one person and they will start making their own trading site that has no nosey moderation.
  • @Bart-ee Nope not misleading, I still have error screen when I click the response. After going to that link I see that you moved it to Reseller related section... WHY? It has nothing to do with a reseller. Anyways all I have seen nothing but hypocrisy.
  • avatar @Master Procrastinator: You are sure free to change these settings. Keep in mind that by doing so, trades like these will happen very often. At least GoodComrade redeemed your keys, but resellers will just take that 8€ difference, put them in their pockets and use it to rob the next user for 16€. You might not know that some of them do that for a living, earning thousands of € per month form it.

  • You can turn off their garbage system from your profile. I asked for instructions on how to turn it off in steam group page and i had a response but they removed my post
  • avatar I know the trade wasn't exactly in my favor based on how much people sell it for at the grey market, but I also don't care. Just here to trade some spare keys for games i'd like to play. Not to profit or get the upper hand in a trade according to measures that don't affect me.
  • Yeah it's ridiculous. This is some self appointed vigilante at barter.vg that measures every trade based on how it resales for at the grey market. They threatened to ban me for making an offer they considered unfair recently. Their opinion is worthless.
  • avatar Huh, is this some kind of a failed shitty AI? Nobody ripped anyone off... Each person have their own way of basing the prices of their items in their tradables. Some people sell their games and some like me trade to play...
