  • @Red Lath: As the offer reached its expiration, 10102103 was entitled to open a dispute. There's nothing wrong with a dispute flag, these can be removed as long as you cooperate. Your responsibility here is holding up your end of the deal, so I'll make it simple for you: as long as you don't do that, your dispute flag will remain. After you both confirm that you sent / received Phantom Doctrine, the dispute will be removed and the offer will be closed.
