I didn't notice that you're from SEA when sending out the offer, my key is ROW. On steamgifts, it says that this SEA region lock is for China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Viet Nam. Other SEA countries seem to count as ROW for it 5 months ago
