The key for A Case of Distrust was a duplicate even if it was revealed on the spot. 40_Onyx??? contacted Humble Bundle support with this matter and tried to trade for a key from other users, as a replacement for this trade, asking uhnk to have a bit of patience in that regard. Despite that, uhnk decided to unfriend 40_Onyx??? before this matter was settled in any kind of way (5h after the trade discussion started), showing that he has no interest in pursuing it and opened an unnecessary dispute. 3 years ago

  • Threats are not normal. Human decency wouldn't allow you to make these threats, before trying to figure a situation out. I got bad keys before, no one ever threatened me, nor did I. Maybe someday you'll realize that this is not how conflicts solved.
  • bold allegations for the guy with empty steam and barter accounts tho. Also looks like you see your sins in others, it wasn't arrogance, it was a way to say "relax, we would figure it out, cause I got a perfect record".

  • He is one who sent this trade request. Then tried to get another game from me to which I said no. And now we are here. Since he has not provided any screenshots so far. It is safe to say he is trying to "scam a few cents".
  • Threat of marking a dispute for a duplicate key? Yet its completely normal when he marked the trade as complete when it wasn't. I was willing to give him time but his arrogance made me think otherwise. The childish nature of trader are unimaginable.
  • avatar I mean it's my first negative experience here in 4-5 years, people always trying to cooperate and to build dialogue, even if there are problems with keys. They don't go straight to threats. But not this time.
  • I'm upset about encountering entitled trader with one trade, so full of him-self to think that I'm trying to scam him for few cents and not willing to wait while I'm tried to fix the problem with hb.
  • avatar It seems like he upset that since he overpaying. Pretty sure he is lying and gave me a a used key on purpose, as he cannot provide any evidence. Not going to talk to someone who stoops down to using verbal slangs and then marks the trade as completed before it is so.

  • Then he tried to put an action on his threats and open the dispute. I would like to wait for the word from HB, but at this moment it's his word versus mine. Old-timer vs new account. He could activate the key on the other account, who knows.
  • For all I know I gave him the key, I just generated on HB page and clicked on completed trade. When he said that key is duplicated and I agreed to write to HB support, he starts to threatening me, I told him that this this is not cool.
