  • avatar with the exact date and time when that key was activated. So I asked Steam's support for this information and I'm waiting since yesterday.
  • Yes, I bought the key from Eneba yesterday to proceed on this trade, but it seems that it was duplicate. In case of a replacement/refund Eneba asks to contact first with Steam support and then send them back a screenshot with Steam's support answer

Could it be that you sent them the key and it turned out to be a duplicate back then? (is that why the offer was cancelled?) either way, are you willing to provide a replacement key or game to Wuja? Would it possible for you two to work together and find a replacement satisfactory for both parties?
