  • avatar On the contrary, Kehai offered Lucifer5099 a partial compensation out of their own will and kindness, it's more than what anyone else would have thought of doing in a similar situation.
  • Think of it like this: you know that Jingle Jam keys have a risk of getting disabled after 31 Dec, but you still buy the bundle. And you don't request a refund from Jingle Jam for the keys that expire. Similarly here, the game was announced to be delisted which involved a risk when purchasing it. Some devs invalidated only the unused keys, but this time any key thaty ever existed (redeemed or not) was removed. As such, Kehai has zero fault / responsibility to do something about this.
  • I already read through the conversation linked on ST before resolving the dispute, but regardless of how the keys were obtained by Kehai or how Lucifer5099 used them, Kehai is not obligated to issue a refund / compensation.

  • The problem is on your side admit it also i did u favour that i negotiated prices i should get a full refund like the others for the keys u got for free from discord server
  • Also u acted as a middleman and then when your source refused to give any refund u just ditched me for 1 week straight ignoring my messages saying u showed ur good will
  • What does it even mean i added u to negotiate prices with u that why i didn't send u any offer right away , so there is no good will about u and why are u assuming i don't know i resold those keys then why would i ask for a refund for a few keys

  • be it for collection purposes or to resell them for higher profit, should accept that risk as it's akin to gambling. I still offered a partial refund for the 2 keys he got (about 65%) because I tried to be human, although he resold one for higher profit..
  • As for the actual revocation itself, I don't consider myself liable as the game got nuked out of existence for every single person. In my opinion, anyone who trades for those kinds of games,
  • First of all, we didn't initiate this trade on Barter. He randomly added me and initiated the trade with me, then insisted that we do it over Barter, which I accepted, and that should show my goodwill.

  • avatar I remained patient and calm the whole time even negotiated the price of the refund although the deserve the full price of 57tf2s from both of them , and yeah so this defintiely is a major dispute
  • Also as he wasn't able to refund me in tf2 keys i also provided an alternate solution to pay me back in games which he also refused and also i traded another TDB steam key from his friend who is also not replying and decided to give me no refunds
  • It actually is as the developer claims they gaveaway all the steamkeys for free on their discord server which is the source of any TDB key so the Devs conveyed to ask for a refund from traders/sellers from which i bought the keys for a refund which i did
