...for me the Fulfillment Rate calculation seems to be a little mystery - and I do not understand why I have to live with only 96% although I always could deliver what I promised and never asked to cancel from my side 10 months ago
...I know that this is not right - but I am always more and more angry and disappointed that my fulfillment rate is going down in cause of users who cancel/fail trades because they cannot or do not want to fullfill a trade that they did accept before!!! 10 months ago
