  • Vuxxy had no way of knowing that the key can't be activated in Russia, therefore this is not a case of dispute.
  • Russia and Belarus are not regular region locks, but exclusions. They are not visible on Fanatical or Humble for that reason.
  • avatar User then started demanding free keys in return, even though I held up my end of the trade. They tried to use the dispute feature to extort me into sending them more keys. I never threatened to ban this user, as I have no power to do so.
  • Working key from Fanatical was sent, with all screenshots to prove it's purchase. Screenshots sent showing the listing stating the key is redeemable in Russia also provided. However, user's profile doesn't even state steam account is Russian.
