  • avatar I will be closing this dispute since there has been no feedback from ksinwei in regards to the duplicate key they received from Fanatical. Since no games have been exchanged, the offer will be cancelled.
  • @ksinwei: Did you contact Fanatical, or did you take any other action in order to resolve this dispute?
  • If the key is freshly revealed and a duplicate, and if Roren claims that the key hasn't been used on an alt account, then the dispute has no place because is Fanatical's fault, and not any of yours.
  • Thank you for the chat logs. I think the best thing to do is to have ksinwei contact Fanatical support and ask for a replacement key.

  • avatar @@ksinwei: Yes, you could upload the chat screenshots to imgur for example (or wherever else you like), covering the keys with a black box, then link the album here.
  • @ksinwei: You could contact Fanatical and ask for a replacement key, or send a message to Steam support and ask when this key was activated. If Roren activated it on a secondary account, it will be proved by the timestamp you get from Steam support.
  • @ksinwei; how did you get to the conclusion that Defend the Rook is not already a duplicate key? It's unlikely that it is allocated by Fanatical this way, but it can happen.

  • Hi, it's my first time to confront with this situation. I sent my key to Roren first. Right before I sent to him/her, I just revealed it on fanatical. For me, the key is absolutely workable.
