This trade is aimed simply at reselling / retrading your key for more value, and it's already more profitable for them than the Barter rules allow. setsukaboom also has a final warning, despite that they keep sending lowball offers and fishing for profit.

To make this offer balanced, you'd need to add a 4€-5€ key on your side, but that's the full price of Cerebral Clash (which you got for free).
