Considering that a 23€ key is involved, we cannot tolerate this behavior and your unwillingness to cooperate even if this would take you only a couple of minutes of your time. We're giving you 2 days to react to this message, otherwise you will get a suspension.
  • avatar Only @cdr can contact AMD as they will ask for the purchase details and you see he doesn't want to cooperate. So we can't do anything.
  • @Bart-ee I tried reaching out to EA , they advised to reach out the retailer (AMD) for details.
  • avatar @cdr: The statuses of the offer can be reset if needed, don't worry about the failed status that the offer currently has. Please try to cooperate with Dante, as your key might have already been a dupe when you completed this trade and you were probably not aware of this at that time. The first thing to do is to find out the actual expiration date by checking your AMD rewards account. Could you do that for us, please?
