  • avatar If you do have it then barter won't update your wish-list, which is why 'tempest complete edition' still shows. It's a separate entity from the base game and the dlc, which is why you could have them all and still it shows as not owned.
  • Hi. I can see that you own the base game, so I can understand you declining this whilst having it wish-listed. I just wanted to point out that this does include the dlc, but can't go that far into your library to see if you have it or not.
