the "The Tiny Bang Story" sent by default_loser was duplicated, but whodat6209 has already sent him the giflink for "Regions Of Ruin" before. In a private conversation with both, they confirmed that the giftlink was not redeemed, so there is no reason to keep this dispute! 5 years ago

  • avatar It says disputes are for when someone has lost an item, but they have not lost anything and I have not gained anything. I'd be willing to show the mediator chat logs if the other user unblocks me, and I have no problem cooperating in any way necessary.
  • If this was a huge problem we could have worked something out at the time, but again they seemed totally fine with the outcome. I was polite and apologetic, and they were understanding.
  • The Steam chat logs will support all of this, but I do not have access to them because they have blocked me. I never redeemed their gift link, it is still unredeemed unless they sent it to someone else.
  • A couple of hours later, I see that they have opened a dispute and not only removed me from their friends list on Steam, but also blocked me without saying anything.
  • It appears they made an offer over Steam chat, for some reason it didn't notify my until I manually checked the chat window the next day, but I had already received the game from somebody else, so I told them this.
  • I'm not sure why this is a dispute, my key didn't work, I didn't redeem their link, and they said that was fine. I welcomed them to look for something else, they were ok with that.
